Rule 44
To Stay At Place Specified By Department
(1) A foreigner who has to be sent back or deported pursuant to the Act or these Rules shall have to stay at such place as specified by the Department until he or she departs from Nepal and such a foreigner himself or herself
shall have to bear the expenses incurred in his or her departure from Nepal.
(2) The deportation order shall be in a format as referred to in Schedule-13.
